Many of you who read my blog regularly have asked me how it is that I do what it is that I do.

I am more than willing to teach anybody who is interested  in getting free of the corporate grind how to make a good honest filthy stinkin rich living with real estate investing and trading.  Sure I have been to seminars with some of the top gurus like Ron LeGrand, Marco Kowslowski and Cameron Dunlap but if it were not for my mentors, I probably would never have been able to quit my engineering job back in 2005 and do this full time. I understand the importance of personal coachs, and since I now have a whole bunch more time on my hands, (and frankly I am a bit on the hyper side), I will be teaching a select few students at a time through a combination of written products, tools and an open forum where srtudents can ask any real estate question they want.

Fair Warning….I DO NOT TEACH THE SAME WAY AS ALL THE SO CALLED GURUS!

• You will not get the HYPE of “Preston’s” training, courses and “software”.
• You will not be CHARGED  what “Ron” gets for his boot camps.
• You will not be SLAMMED with endless Facebook posts like “Dwan”.
• You will not be SPAMMED with useless emails.
• You will not be SOLD more courses from “My Assoiciates”.

I just don’t have the time for that sort of crap in my life. For that matter the first thing I am going to teach you , is DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME with moronic crap like that. Your time is too valuable.

• I am going to be BLUNT and too the point, If you can’t handle it then stick with 9-5.
• I am NOT worried about your FEELINGS, I am worried about your SUCCESS.
• I will show you how I do it EVERYDAY.
• I will not produce daily emails, spam, webinars, and assorted B.S. just to keep you IMPRESSED.
• I intend to make you UNEMPLOYABLE.
